DXDC-YC10Ⅰ Automatic tea packing machine
性能特征：
＞ 制袋系統(tǒng)采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)細(xì)分技術(shù)，制袋精度高， 誤差小于1毫米。
＞ 采用溫度控制器，使封合質(zhì)量更高。
＞ 微電腦袋長(zhǎng)控制器，可任意設(shè)置袋長(zhǎng)而無(wú)須更換零件，并可預(yù)制計(jì)數(shù)，顯示包裝速度，袋長(zhǎng)等。
＞ 采用氣動(dòng)夾袋、放袋、封標(biāo)、切線等與機(jī)械配臺(tái)，性能穩(wěn)定可靠
＞ 采用PLC／觸摸屏編程控制、使性能更穩(wěn)定，操作更簡(jiǎn)單，更具人性化。
＞ 所有與物料接觸部件均為不銹鋼。
適用范圍：茶葉、中草藥、咖啡等袋泡飲品。
可選配置：易撕裂口、鋸齒切刀、日期打碼機(jī)、傳料器。
包裝材料茶包：可熱封過濾棉紙標(biāo)簽: 塑復(fù)合 外包∶復(fù)合薄膜材料
Performance characteristics:
＞The bag-making system applying the technology of stepper motor subdivision can produce the high-precision bags with the error being less than 1 mm.
＞The application of temperature controller can realize the sealing of higher quality.
＞The mlcrocomputer bag length controller can set the bag lengths without replacing parts randomly,and prefabricate counting to display the packaging speed,bag length and others.
＞The stable and reliable performance results from the combination of pneumatic clip bag,putting bag,sealing label, cutting line and others wi th machine.
＞ Utilize PLC and touch the screens to weaving programs to control them so that their perfomance is more stable and operation is simpler thus enabling them to be more user friendly ones
＞ All the parts touching materials are the stainless steel.
Applicable scope: Tea ,Herbs Medicine, Coffee And Other Drinks Wrapped In Bags.
